In general, Division Representatives serve as liaisons between players in their respective divisions and the CGVA Board, and are the point people for any issues, complaints, questions, or queries brought forth by individual League players. More specifically:
- DRs are a friendly face to any new players coming into the League, regardless of division, understanding the variety of skill levels and desires from players within the League and also within each division
- DRs are responsible for keeping their division informed of the Board’s activities by consistently communicating with captains
- DRs are the initial mediators for any disputes in their division, and will be elevating League issues to the League Directors, as well as to the Board, as necessary
- DRs ensure that all League team captains meet their obligations for each season including any administrative duties
